How not to sap your energy

Having your energy levels drop at anytime of the day can cause some serious problems, these can be anything from driving, work or getting into an argument, but this sapping of energy levels may not only be caused by the lack of sleep, although this is a major cause.

There are many factors that could sap your energy levels, and you may be surprised at the main causes:

Lack of Sleep
Sugar
Caffeine
Lack of Exercise
Not Enough Oxygen
Processed Foods
Dehydration
Stress
Chronic Pain
Toxic (Negative) People

Just by regulating your current lifestyle taking these points into consideration could easily change your life and make your working days so much better and that of the collegues.
