Food that kills

Most people have been exceeding their daily diets over the past couple of weeks, so as we all return to something that could be considered as fairly normal, but there are foods out there that can be down right killers.

These so called foods that can kill are:

Eggs Benedict: Buttered English muffin halves are topped with poached eggs, bacon or ham and then doused in hollandaise sauce.
Chicken Wings: Deep fried chicken in breadcrumbs.
The Cuban Burger: Two pieces of buttered bread, add a few pieces of ham, a ¾ cooked hamburger patty, pickles, mayonnaise and two layers of cheese.
Poutine: French fries, cheese curds and hot brown gravy.
Stuffed Crust Double-Cheeseburger Pizza: Enough said.

But having said all of that the key to health, is a varied diet. You just cannot have the foods above on a daily basis, but in moderation then why not, we all need a treat every now and then.
