Eating out without putting on the pounds

It’s a bit of a dilemma that more and more people are going out to eat. There was a time when this was reserved for just special occasions, but there is a down side to eating out, it is quite possible that the meals are going to be high in calories and therefore this can lead to putting on weight. So what can be done?

Apart from not eating out so much, there are a few steps that can assist someone who likes to eat out, but does not want to put weight on:

Decide what you are going to have.
Occasionally allow yourself a treat.
Order first, that way you do not follow what others are having.
Eat slowly.
No bread and plenty of water.

Follows these points and it’s possible that you may no put on too much weight.
