Free time making you bored?

It is a well known fact that for career orientated people, free time is a boring prospect. After all what do most people do in their spare time? Sit around watching the television or sleeping. Not many people have an out of work interest, which is why free time is so boring.

What you really need to do is find a way of getting more out of your spare time. This will make it more productive for you and make you feel better too.

Research has found that for some people the most enjoyable and memorable experiences do not come from holidays or any other leisure time, but from work, this goes against all the normal thinking about this, but when you spend so much time at work, then is only seems correct.

The best way to bring leisure time up to the same level as work, it to make more of it. This can be done by doing more activities and things that make you think, instead of just sitting around, watching TV and falling asleep.
