Healthy eating in restaurants

Eating out has become more accessible to people these days and there are some people who are eating out three or maybe four times a week. Which you may have thought was great, but it can be dangerous for your health because the average meal contains around 1000 to 2000 calories and 50 to 100 grams of fat, now does it sound great?

But you can still eat out, and stay healthy by follow these rules:

Have it your way, tell the restaurant how you want your food.
Don’t always order from the menu; if you want something ask for it.
Get a doggy bag before you begin your meal.
Leave the bread and chips alone.
Special requests, no sauce or butter, grilled not fried, salad and no chips.

You can eat out using this method without piling on the pounds!
