Americans visit Europe, but pay in dollars!

With the dollar being weak against the Pound and Euro, Americans wishing to visit Europe are face with very high costs, which is not very good for tourism especially in regions that rely on this sort of visitor to make ends meet.

But for the Americans there is still a way that they can visit Europe and keep hold of their dollars, Carnival the cruise line famous for visiting the Caribbean islands have increased their cruising tours of Europe, and they are expecting to see a 20% increase in demand for next year.

What makes this great is that the all inclusive cruises are paid for in dollars and they spend dollars on board, this effectively means that they are paying around 50% of the European price!
