Study into Violent Games

The government is once again launching an attack on the games industry. This time they are proposing to run a study which will look at how children react to violent games and also to online material, so there will be no stone left unturned.

The problem here is, that the games industry is to easy a target for all of these types of groups that have to blame something for the state of the world. Having been blamed for violence, obesity and anything else that goes wrong, the games industry will be involved in the study, but will they be listened to? It would be very doubtful.
