Indiana Jones film disappoints

Fans of the Indiana Jones series may not be so likely to pick up the DVD this Christmas if online reviews are anything to go by.

With fans less critical of Harrison Ford as much as Steven Spielberg the general consensus seems to be that this was a disappointing ending to the series and likely the worst among them.

Too much CGI instead of plot is a particular complaint, but regardless whether you agree, one thing many can agree on is that casting John Hurt led to the actor being wasted.

There are a number of blockbuster films coming out for the Christmas market but it seems like the Indiana DVD will be bought by grannies for their grand children rather than requested on Christmas lists.
