Daily exercise who needs it?

When it comes to losing weight, the experts are always claiming that it has to be a combination of diet and exercise, which is the key for a successful plan.

However, there are some claims that the suggested thirty minute of exercise per day is not going to have the desired effect, and it could be this reason why so many diets fail, leaving the person demoralised and facing returning to their previous weight.

The new suggestion is that an individual should exercise for at least an hour a day in order for there to be any sign of change in the body and to promote weight loss.

However, there is also the standard principle of calories in and calories used this needs to be right otherwise no diet or exercise programme will work.
