Why the Segway fails

The personal transport system known as the Segway should have been taken up by all commuters but as with all of these machines it has failed in winning over the working person, anyone who remembers the Sinclair C5 would understand this. But why do these eco friendly machines fail? Here are few clues:

The Segway Encourages Obesity
The Segway Is Dorky
The Segway Is Too Expensive
The Segway Can’t Go Up Stairs
The Segway Discriminates Against People With No Legs
The Segway Is Too Slow
The Segway Is Too Difficult For Us To Use

Maybe the mistake by the companies is making a single person machine, what’s wrong with a Segway for two?
